Biology and Control of Rapid Blight

In this webinar on rapid blight presented by BASF, Bruce Martin, Ph.D., of Clemson University and Larry Stowell, Ph.D., of PACE Turf will discuss topics such as the host’s range and conditions that make turf susceptible to the pathogen. 

The discussion will include why some geographic areas are more susceptible than others and how it interacts with other diseases, including summer patch and anthracnose. 

The presenters also will discuss fungicide efficacy in the effort to manage against rapid blight and how new chemistries compare with standard treatments.
