The Snow Mold Max Assurance Program from BASF provides protection from pink, gray and speckled snow mold. Anchored with Aramax Intrinsic brand fungicide, the program is designed to fit with buildable disease coverage. Put your turf to sleep knowing all playing surfaces are protected to the max.
Snow Mold Max Assurance Program details
- Select a preventive option given below based on snow mold pressure and length of control required. Make a single application just prior to snow cover.
- BASF assures no more than 15% snow mold present in the spring after snow melt.
- If breakthrough occurs beyond 15%, BASF will supply product (at no cost) for one recovery application to affected areas.
- This assurance is limited to providing one recovery application up to the total acres initially treated.
- Control failure and clean-up product selection is determined at the sole discretion of BASF representative. All claims must be reported within 28 days after spring snow melt.
Application details
- Select the appropriate treatment option depending on expected snow mold pressure and desired length of control.
- Make a single application just prior to snowfall. For Moderate and Moderate to High pressure selections, Aramax Intrinsic brand fungicide must be tank-mixed with additional fungicides as outlined below.

Qualifications
Follow regional spray program contained in this document based on timing, rates, approved products and application details. Claims must be filed within (28) days of spring snow melt to your local BASF Sales Representative. All spray records will be required upon visit to your course by BASF rep. No claims will be processed without full spray records. The golf course must have purchased product used from a BASF Authorized Agent after January 1, 2024. The Snow Mold Max Assurance program does NOT apply to purchases from other sub distributors and dealers and/or resellers.
