Large Patch Max Assurance Program
A preventive program to protect warm-season fairways from large patch disease.

The Large Patch Max Assurance Program from BASF combines two industry-leading solutions; Aramax Intrinsic brand fungicide and Xzemplar® fungicide, to protect warmseason fairways, tees and roughs from large patch disease. From fall-to-spring, let’s take your fairways to the max.
Large Patch Max Assurance Program details
Follow the prescribed program given below with preventive fungicide applications in the fall followed by one application in the spring.
- BASF assures at least 90% control of large patch in the treated areas from the first preventive application until 28 days following the final spring application.
- If control failure occurs, BASF will supply product (at no cost) for one recovery application to affected areas.
- This assurance is limited to providing one recovery application, up to the total acres initially treated.
- Control failure and clean-up product selection is determined at the sole discretion of BASF representative. All claims must be reported within 28 days following last application.
Application details
Fall: Begin applications when soil temperatures are consistently below 68-70°F.
Spring: Make one additional application in the spring when soil temperatures are consistently above 55-60°F or at >50% green-up.
Use spray volume of at least 2 gallons/1,000 ft2 or follow application with light irrigation (1/8” of water).

Qualifications
application details. Claims must be filed within (28) days of seeing large patch breakthrough to your local BASF Sales Representative. All spray records will be required upon visit to your course by BASF rep. No claims will be processed without full spray records. The golf course must have purchased product used from a BASF Authorized Agent after January 1, 2024. The Large Patch Max Assurance program does NOT apply to purchases from other sub distributors and dealers and/or resellers.
